Founded in 2008 and incorporated in 2018, Hamrabat Nig Ltd has been in the business of brokering, funding and executing agro-allied and real estate projects across the Nigerian space.

Led by Mr. Dare Borokini, the company has partnered with the Lagos State Government to deliver projects across the real estate and agriculture sectors — always with an eye on value addition and socio-economic inclusion.

Dare Borokini

Managing Director

Responsible for the overall operation and management of Hamrabat Limited, driving the company's end-to-end strategy and shaping its corporate and operational philosophy.


Holds a Diploma in Physical Education and a B.Sc. in Human Kinetics from the University of Lagos. A professional basketball player, he represented club and country at the highest levels, debuting for the national team at the 2004 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne.


Chairman of the Agbeloba Co-operative Agricultural Group and an Executive Member of the Lagos State Farmers Association, with over 10 years of real estate experience focused on property development.

Aroloye Whyte

Executive Director

A director of Hamrabat Limited since incorporation, holding a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos and an M.A. in Media and Communication from Pan Atlantic University, majoring in Marketing Communications.


Trained in leadership and organizational development at the Nigerian Institute of Management, where he is an Associate Member. His career spans telecoms (Zain Nigeria, as dealer manager for the south-west), radio broadcasting (co-anchor of the Kazbah show on Smooth 98.1FM Lagos), agriculture and real estate.


Presently Executive Secretary of the Agbeloba Co-operative Agricultural Group, where he doubles as a rice and melon farmer.

Gboyega Adetoki

Technical Partner, Finance

Managing Director of Cedarhill Investment and Resources Limited, a capital funding company working with reputable foreign and local funding organisations and facilitating joint ventures.


A Chartered Accountant and member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, he graduated from the University of Lagos in 1989 and has over 29 years of experience across finance roles — from Roadtune Nigeria and Multimult Limited, to AIICO Insurance, to pioneer Head of Finance at Consolidated Risks Insurers.


Following the 2007 merger that formed Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc, he served as Head of Finance until retiring in July 2019, becoming Managing Director of Cedarhill the following month.

Non-Executive Advisory

Over 25 years in financial services, 16 of them in sales, marketing and relationship management. Graduated top of his class with a B.A. in English and an M.A. in International Law & Diplomacy from the University of Lagos, plus an M.A. in Industrial & Labour Relations from the University of Maiduguri.


Began his career at Diamond Bank in 1994, moved to Access Bank in 2005 (Team Lead, Public Sector Federal), then UBA Plc in 2007 before joining UBA Trustees (now United Capital Trustees) — rising to Director, South East Region/CIS — and later Custodian Trustees Limited in 2017.


Part of the team that secured the mandate for Nigeria's largest capital market transaction to date, the ₦4.5 trillion AMCON Bonds, and instrumental in sub-sovereign mandates exceeding ₦350 billion. Member, Nigerian Institute of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers.
